CALL FOR POSTERS OPEN - 30 SEP 2026
Calling all students, Formula Student teams and postgraduates: We are looking for student posters on any of the four topics covered this year. All posters will be judged on site by senior engineers from across the industry and all students will gain access to the presentations, knowledge sharing and networking at the summit.
Why share your work?
We look forward to receiving your work by 30 Sep 2026
I loved that we were able to dip into the two other events going on at the same time where there were relevant topics.
Veracity (Oxford) Ltd
I really enjoyed attending the event. It ran smoothly and professionally with lots of highly interesting and cutting edge research showcased. The presentation lengths were ideal for detail yet allowed for plenty of presenters to show their research over the 2 days.
Ricardo
It was an inspirational event - well organised in a central location.
MIRA Technology Institute
Excellent venue and very good format and organisation. It was gratifying to see a mixture of industry veterans and new faces in the presenter and delegate contingent. Personally I most enjoyed the content on hybrid drivetrains and OEM plans.
Shell
Structure of the days is very good and is well spaced with Networking opportunities. Market trends and supply chain presentations are particularly interesting for strategy. Ability to discuss presentations with speakers about their presented technical projects also provided some good learning opportunity.
Ricardo
An extremely well-delivered conference in combination with other parallel topics. Really worth the effort.
CLCCR
The whole organisation, including the conference accommodation, organisation, the level of speakers and presentations were impressive. Many skilled engineers and scientific organisations were involved, and it was a great opportunity to network.
STFC Hartree Centre
The co-location with the other conferences was an excellent idea.
